Job Description
As an integral member of the Administration Team, the Administrative Associate is responsible for managing and assisting with all aspects of the daily activities of the teams assigned. This position will support the Public Investments and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams, and provide executive assistance to 4 senior team members, including one partner. The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to , the following:

Provide exceptional support to teams assigned
• Maintain team scheduling
• Update and maintain team related documents
• Manage incoming correspondence with prospective and current fund managers
• Review, file, and distribute as required
• Respond to inquiries from prospective managers
• Maintain manager monitoring spreadsheets and monitor subscription status
• Compile and distribute weekly reading
• Research, plan, and coordinate quarterly team offsites

Provide exceptional administrative assistance to senior team members assigned
• Manage calendars – schedule in-person and virtual meetings
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Manage team member travel account information (upgrades, frequent flyer accounts, etc.)
• Prepare and submit expense reports

Provide exceptional support to GEM
• Support administrative team members by serving as a back-up and cross-training in other functions
• Assume phone coverage during receptionist lunches and vacations

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
• 5+ years professional experience
• Able to perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
• Advanced communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency required
