Customer Success Specialist

Job Description: The Customer Success Specialist responds to routine to moderately complex inquiries and issues from customers regarding financial products and services through a variety of channels. Additional responsibilities may include answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations. The Customer Success Specialist may also be responsible for coaching new hires and less experienced team members, as well as support the roll-out of new business initiatives and assists with onboarding.
