the financial and operational audits.  Sarbanes Oxley projects.  Assessing 
the extent of compliance with company policies and procedures; 
ascertaining the degree to which assets are safeguarded; determining the 
reliability of management data; identifying control weaknesses along with 
recommended improvements and corrective actions for corporation; 
coordinating with Corporate on global internal audit initiatives and 
communicating results of audit activity in North America to global 
internal audit leader 

Requirements: 
·        2-4 years of Internal Audit experience or 2+ years of public 
audit experience. 
·        Bachelors degree in Accounting 
·        Have CPA or CIA or pursuing certification 

Sr. Tax Accountant – 60 – 70k

Close books on an annual basis; Prepare preliminary financial statements; 
Assist in formulating accounting policy for distribution to store groups;

Requirements:
